We Fly by Five is a national youth diving program created by Diving Plongeon Canada. Initially designed for children aged 3 to 5, it focuses on developing physical literacy and foundational diving skills.
Rebranding a national youth program shifting its focus from parents of toddlers aged 3–5 to parents of children aged 5–10 — moving away from soft, kindergarten-coded visuals toward something that feels energetic, sporty, and confidence-inspiring while keeping the warmth and safety parents need to trust the program.
Designing a single, seamless flow that collects everything — parent account, child profile, program selection, skill level, and payment — without feeling long, overwhelming, or bureaucratic.
Redesigned the visual identity with a bolder, sport-forward palette, dynamic water patterns, and clean sans-serif typography — replacing playful, toddler-coded elements. Introduced a new mascot to give the program a fresh, energetic identity that resonates with both active kids and the parents enrolling them.
Used familiar, proven layouts to reduce cognitive load. Added a progress bar during registration so they don't feel lost. Broke the flow into one screen, one question at a time to keep momentum and prevent drop-off.
